Role Overview
As a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will work closely with the Head Teacher and support the DSL in safeguarding and child protection duties. Your responsibilities include liaising with statutory and non-statutory agencies, parents, carers, and staff to ensure children's wellbeing and safety, and supporting the wider school team.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead in a school setting, with relevant CPD in safeguarding and child protection. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems, outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, empathy, and a full UK driving license are essential.
