HR Business Partner - Lisburn - Immediate start We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join this leading organisation, initially on a 6 month basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, providing professional HR advice and delivering key people initiatives. The successful candidate needs to be able to start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Advise managers on employee relations, HR policies, and best practice. Support organisational change projects and policy development. Deliver HR analytics to inform decision-making. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including leadership teams and trade unions. Promote wellbeing initiatives and support recruitment activity as required. The ideal candidate: CIPD Qualified. Experience within a similar role. Experience leading Employee relations cases in a unionised environment.
