Salaried GP or Long-Term Locum Opportunity at Castlemilk Group Practice
We are seeking a Salaried GP or Long-Term Locum to join our friendly, well-established, and highly supportive team. We have 4 sessions per week available, with flexibility to help you achieve a healthy worklife balance.
About Us
We are a progressive GMS practice based within Castlemilk Health Centre, caring for a patient population of approximately 11,100.
Our strong multidisciplinary team includes:
1. 5 GP Partners
2. 1 long-term locum GP
3. 2 Practice Nurses
4. 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner
5. 2 Advanced Paramedics
6. 10 experienced administrative staff
7. On-site CDM phlebotomist
8. 4 Pharmacotherapy team members
9. 1 full-time Community Links Practitioner
We also provide on-site addiction support and money advice services, enabling us to deliver truly patient-centred care in a community where your work can make a meaningful difference.
We pride ourselves on our warm and friendly atmosphere. Our GP Partners meet daily for coffee and lunch, creating regular opportunities for informal peer support and case discussion within a genuinely supportive environment.
As an accredited foundation training practice, we take pride in developing clinicians at all stages of their careers. We have regular in-house teaching sessions and can offer opportunities to get involved in training and supervision.
