Annual Salary: £45k plus tronc

We are seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our esteemed property. This pivotal role reports directly to the Director and General Manager and is perfect for a candidate with a background in luxury hospitality environments, such as Relais & Chteaux or Forbes-rated establishments, and who is accustomed to maintaining Michelin star standards.
Day-to-day of the role:
Lead and supervise all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service standards that align with luxury hospitality benchmarks.
Collaborate closely with the Director / General Manager to implement strategic initiatives and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Manage and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the financial aspects of the hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and effective cost management.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Innovate and implement policies and systems to improve efficiency and provide exceptional guest experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a high-end, quality-focused hospitality environment.
Experience in luxury settings such as Relais & Chteaux or Forbes-rated hotels, with familiarity with Michelin star service standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a diverse team.
Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with guests, staff, and management.
