Job Summary

The E-commerce QA & VAS Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high-quality order processing within the warehouse by overseeing Quality Assurance checks, managing Value-Added Services (VAS) orders, and coordinating marketing-related fulfillment tasks. This role works closely with warehouse operations, inventory control, and the marketing team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time execution of all special projects and orders.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA)

* Perform QA checks on inbound deliveries and outbound orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with supplier and customer requirements.
* Investigate order errors, report root causes, and support corrective action implementation.
* Maintain operations QA logs, dashboards, and daily reports for internal stakeholders.
* Monitor packaging quality and product condition to uphold brand standards.

VAS (Value-Added Services) Order Management

* Coordinate all VAS activities such as kitting, relabeling, trade orders, bundling, special requests and any out of process requests.
* Prepare work orders and communicate clear instructions to warehouse teams.
* Track progress and ensure VAS tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
* Work with inventory and operations teams to ensure VAS materials and supplies are available.

Marketing Order Fulfillment

* Coordinate fulfillment of marketing-related orders such as influencer kits, promotional sends, PR packs, and event materials.
* Ensure marketing orders are packed according to brand guidelines.
* Maintain tracking, documentation, and timely dispatch of all marketing requests.
* Liaise with the marketing team to clarify requirements and provide status updates.

Cross-Functional Coordination

* Communicate daily with warehouse supervisors, inventory teams, customer service and any other teams required.
* Support the rollout of new processes, SOPs, and improvement initiatives.
* Assist with reporting, audits, and operational metrics as needed.

Qualifications

* Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or warehouse operations (1–3 years preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
* Ability to multitask and manage several order types simultaneously.
* Solid communication and coordination skills.
* Comfortable working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and reporting tools (Excel/Sheets).
* Ability to lift and move materials as needed within warehouse safety guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
