Join our retail teams to be the friendly face our customers see as they walk into one of our stores. Where it’s our job to connect with customers, helping them to get the most out of their technology, whilst providing an outstanding and memorable experience.
What you’ll do
Create & maintain rapport with the customer, understand and meet their needs and deliver a brilliant customer experience that is right first time, while also exceeding sales targets both individually and as a team. Approach every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience, using solution-based selling and offering products and services that meet the customer’s needs.
* Provide expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes and their unique selling points throughout a customer’s relationship with us
* Always act with good conduct, ensuring customers are given correct and relevant information to achieve informed decisions
* Deliver exceptional service to Vodafone customers and take personal ownership for meeting their needs
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets and ensure compliance against key metrics
* Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements
* Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines
* Participate in Vodafone’s security vetting process whenever required
Who you are
* Level-headed and able to provide customers with expert knowledge of Vodafone products, services, and processes
* Enthusiastic, energetic and driven
* Excited about delivering exceptional service to Vodafone customers and accountable for meeting their needs
* Able to own the end-to-end sales process, identifying the right opportunities for additional services
* Ready to commit to some weekend work as well as weekdays in this demanding role
