Your Role

* Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in coaching and building team capabilities.
* Can lead teams to achieve strong commercial and customer results.
* Has managed a store in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Is experienced in driving customer service in a sales and service environment.
* Is self-motivated and proactive.
You might also have:
* The ability to set and execute long-term plans.
* Established coaching and development skills.
