 
        
        Domus Recruitment are partnered with a reputable care provider in the Northwest, that are dedicated to delivering exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care for Older People. They are looking for a new Operations Director, who will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and day-to-day operational performance of a portfolio of care homes.
 
 Key Responsibilities of an Operations Director:
Provide strong leadership to Home Managers and regional teams across all care home sites.
Working with the senior leadership team contributes to the overall strategic direction of the organization.
Ensure all care homes operate efficiently, effectively, and in line with regulatory and organizational standards.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy, care quality, staffing, and financial performance.
Support the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing Home Managers and staff.
Conduct performance reviews and develop leadership capabilities across operational teams.Operations Director Requirements:
Significant experience in a senior operations role within the health and social care sector.
In-depth understanding of care regulations and quality standards.
Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources, evidence of track record in improving commercial performance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
