We're looking for a highly motivated Negotiator/Lister to complement our fantastic residential sales team at Ocean & Country in Par.

A day in the life of a Negotiator/Lister
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers – both sellers and buyers
* Keep vendors regularly updated on marketing efforts and sales progression
* Negotiate effectively with potential buyers while safeguarding vendor interests
* Conducting viewing appointments with potential buyers
* A focus on generating new and repeat business
* Gaining new instructions for properties to market
* Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
* Completing contracts on properties
* Preparing brochures for each property with photos, and written descriptions
Skills and experience required
* Estate Agency experience
* Preferably experience in valuing property, but applications considered from experienced negotiators
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer care
* Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate
* A Full UK driving license holder
Basic salary dependent on experience, but with this position comes uncapped earnings.
Package includes competitive salary, completion commission and fuel allowance.
Working schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday & Saturdays on a rota basis
