In addition to managing the daily logistics and site operations you will provide the leadership to grow the business by providing excellent customer service through coaching, inspiring and supporting your team.
You will implement a continuous improvement culture to drive profitable growth in line with the business strategy and have the experience of embracing new technology to improve efficiency and enhance sustainability.
We are seeking an exceptional leader who has a background in developing operational excellence strategies that deliver improvements in service, capacity and cost performance.
Combined with this you will possess strong financial and commercial acumen enabling you to develop a strategy that positively impacts the P&L.
