Support Workers – Respite Service (Days & Waking Nights)- £12.60 Per Hour Benefits- Swallow Lodge, North Hykeham, Lincoln The Role Are you calm, caring and confident supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs? Do you want a meaningful role where every shift genuinely improves someone's day or night? We are looking for a Support Worker to join our friendly team at Swallow Lodge, an 8-bed respite service offering planned short stays for adults aged 18. This is a hands-on, rewarding position where no two days are the same. As a Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support that helps people feel safe, comfortable and independent. These are full-time positions, working 35 hours per week. Hours: Days - 35 hours weekly working various shifts between 7.30am-9.30pm. 3/4 days per week including working 2 in 3 weekends Waking Nights – 35 hours weekly working 9.30pm-7.30am 3/4 shifts per week This role includes personal care, meal preparation, cleaning duties and creating a welcoming home environment.
