Teaching Personnel are working closely with a range of welcoming and well-resourced primary schools across Warrington, offering day-to-day and short-term placements to qualified and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants.
What This Role Involves:
* Leading full-class sessions and providing PPA cover in the absence of teaching staff.
* Supporting catch-up interventions in literacy, numeracy, or SEND support groups.
* Contributing to classroom management and assisting with planning where needed.
* Adapting quickly to new environments and supporting diverse groups of learners.
What We’re Looking For:
* HLTA status or extensive TA experience including leading whole-class lessons.
* Ability to hit the ground running in different schools and key stages (EYFS – KS2).
* Strong classroom presence with the confidence to deliver pre-prepared lessons.
* A positive, adaptable, and reliable approach to education support.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
