Role Accountabilities:
16. Working as part of the National Accounts Helpdesk team and supporting the Helpdesk Manager
17. Responsible for ticket confirmation: Confirming prices of jobs completed using the in-house system Xeres
18. Liaising with National Account Customers to request Purchase Orders
19. Adhering to different customers invoicing requirements
20. Working towards the ‘Month End’ Deadline to get all work invoiced
21. Covering the National Accounts Coordinator’s role during holiday and busy periods
22. Other adhoc duties as required
Person Specification
The Candidate:
23. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
24. Strong attention to detail
25. An ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
26. To be driven by results and be a self-starter who delivers to deadlines
27. A confident telephone manner and ability to provide first class customer service
28. Excellent team working skills
29. Strong organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills
30. To be computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
31. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is looking to learn and develop their career within Customer Service and Administration. Therefore, experience within customer service and administration is essential for this role.
32. You must also have excellent communication skills and have the ability to effectively manage your time and workload in order to deliver the best service to our customers.
