Join our friendly and dynamic administration team at the Nottingham Mobility Centre. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively prioritize workload.
Responsibilities include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for service users and visitors, providing reception and clerical support.
2. Booking and canceling patient appointments.
3. Maintaining data quality and participating in audits.
4. Handling sensitive information professionally.
5. Providing non-clinical advice to patients to enhance their experience.
6. Logging patient information accurately onto Trust systems and maintaining records.
7. Distributing patient records to team members.
8. Managing stock of stationery and equipment, ordering as needed.
9. Supporting other administrative duties like photocopying, filing, and correspondence.
10. Liaising with multidisciplinary team members for departmental efficiency.
11. Updating notice boards and liaising with wheelchair contractors regarding orders and deliveries.
12. Supporting wheelchair service operations in ordering and delivery.
