We're looking for a Head of Clinical Operations to oversee the clinical delivery of ECG, Ambulatory Monitoring, Remote Analysis and Device services. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's clinical care team work with over 80 NHS trusts to deliver a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services – all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met. About the Role In this role, you will: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders including acute Trusts, clinical commissioning groups and primary care networks. Ensure appropriate staffing across all services by reviewing and updating rotas and communicating with the relevant clinical teams. Compile and report activity and financial data, including weekly financial forecasting and monthly invoicing. Ensure full compliance with the Xyla quality and governance frameworks. Oversee incident reporting, complaints and compliments, including leading investigations and monitoring trends. Line manage the clinical cardiology team, providing coaching and developing staff to reach their full potential, promoting self-development.
