What You'll Do:
?? Own month-end & year-end close
?? Deliver actionable financial insights to guide business decisions
?? Lead cash flow, working capital & credit control
?? Drive budgeting, forecasting & scenario planning
?? Oversee project accounting & track profitability
?? Strengthen controls, processes & financial systems
?? Mentor & develop your team
?? Support strategic projects & investment decisions
About You:
? Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
?? Senior finance experience in operationally complex business
?? ERP savvy, Excel expert; SAP a plus
?? Commercial, analytical & decisive
?? Strong leader & communicator
