The Role
As a Branch Manager or progressing Senior Consultant specializing in transport and logistics, you will:
1. Lead and develop a team of consultants or prepare to step into a leadership position
2. Build and nurture client relationships across the Midlands region
3. Drive business development and account management strategies
4. Source and place high-quality candidates within the transport and logistics sector
5. Utilize our suite of advanced recruitment tools to identify and attract top talent
