What will I be Doing?
* Produce accurate financial analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
* Monitor costs, revenues, and key performance indicators against business plans.
* Assist in developing financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and commercial bids.
* Work closely with finance, operations, and commercial teams to support business objectives.
* Assist in improving customer profitability and retention strategies.
* Support sales and tender processes through financial evaluation and modeling.
What are the Requirements?
* Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
* Interest in pursuing a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable. Support is provided.
* Solid foundation in financial analysis, accounting principles, and data interpretation.
* Excel skills (e.g. modelling, data manipulation, use of formulas).
* Awareness of financial systems and reporting tools is advantageous.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A keen eye for detail
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
