Home Based, covering the West with properties predominately in Herefordshire, Cotswolds, Malvern Hills, Shropshire, Tewkesbury, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Stratford upon Avon and Warwick.

To meet this challenge, Stonewater are establishing a new, national stock condition team to lead on the assessment of its homes.
This is a new and fantastic opportunity for housing and property professionals to be part of a brand-new team, setting the standards for property data collection and building the knowledge to inform how Stonewater invests over the next 30 years.
Working independently, you will be responsible for delivering stock condition surveys across a defined geographical area, visiting customers and collecting robust, accurate data on their homes. Liaising with residents and leaseholders, housing management, customer services and other internal and external agencies, youll ensure all homes and communal areas are safe, warm and secure by recording and actioning any hazards, safety concerns and repairs identified during surveys.
