Our client is seeking an Interim Programme Director to take ownership of a critical finance system implementation. With the go-live currently scheduled for July, and a contingency window until September, this is a pivotal role to ensure successful delivery. You will step in to revitalise the programme, provide clear leadership, and maintain delivery momentum following a change in internal programme leadership.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the finance system implementation programme and drive it through to successful delivery
* Rapidly assess the current programme plan, identifying risks, dependencies, and priorities
* Re-engage stakeholders and re-establish clear governance, timelines, and deliverables
* Manage and lead a small team of Business Analysts, ensuring effective alignment and productivity
* Collaborate closely with the Finance Director to ensure alignment between programme objectives and business outcomes
* Influence and engage stakeholders across the wider organisation to support successful adoption
* Ensure programme reporting, progress tracking, and communication are transparent and consistent
* Drive readiness for go-live, managing testing, training, and transition activities
