Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Up to 18 Months

Contract Reason: Apprenticeship

Salary:

21 and over - £22,920

18 20 £18,772

Under 18 £14,173

Hours Per Week: 36 hours

Base Location: Tameside One

Assessment Date: To be arranged

The Role

The role involves working independently or as part of a team and developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their progression towards management responsibilities.

The role's responsibilities include supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interacting with internal or external customers.

About You

Your essential skills, knowledge and experience

Dealing with customers/stakeholders

Effective communication skills

Experience in using new technology, including Microsoft Office,

Spreadsheets and/or databases

Literacy skills

Numeracy ability

Experience in dealing with telephone enquiries


Personal Qualities

Tactful and diplomatic manner

Ability to work as a member of a team

Accuracy and attention to detail

Flexible approach to work
