Overview
Role: Customer Team Member
Location: The Co-operative Food, Sea Road North, Bridport, DT6 4RR
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (from 5am), afternoons, late evenings (until 10pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
What you’ll do
* Friendly and thoughtful service - put customers first in everything you do: respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience
* Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Keep the store safe and legal - stock shelves and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
* Help introduce new products and services - share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns
* Support your local community - get involved in activities and events
