Kingsley is acting for a number of well-respected and highly successful consultancy clients, who are looking to appoint experienced, enthusiastic and highly professional RICS/IRRV Qualified Rating Surveyors – Surveyor, Senior, Associate and Director / Partner level, across the Northwest:
* Manchester
* Cheshire
* Merseyside
* Lancashire
* Cumbria
Person Specification/Requirements
* Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Highly numerate with the ability to grasp complex investment scenarios.
* Organised, focused and high attention to detail.
* Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients.
* Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment.
* Passionate about the Rating / Business Rates sector.
* Valid UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits
* Basic Salary: £40,000 to £90,000+ per annum (D.O.E.)
* Performance related bonus scheme
* from 25 days’ holiday, plus Bank Holidays and days at Christmas and New Year
* Pension scheme membership (after initial probationary period)
