Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for driving efficiency, structure, and growth across multiple sites? We’re looking for a proactive professional to oversee and optimise the daily operations, administration, and support functions across our expanding network of dental laboratories.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and coordinate administrative and operational activities across multiple dental laboratories.
* Manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient material flow and cost control.
* Oversee production support, outsourcing arrangements, and logistics across the group.
* Supervise HR processes including scheduling, overtime management, training coordination, and performance tracking.
* Support financial operations such as budgeting, cost analysis, and expenditure control.
* Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across all sites.
* Introduce and manage technology and process improvements to enhance productivity and scalability.
* Track key performance metrics, report on operational effectiveness, and identify improvement opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health and safety, and quality standards.
* Collaborate with laboratory managers and the senior leadership team to deliver operational excellence and sustainable growth.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in operations or administrative management, ideally in dental, healthcare, or manufacturing settings.
* Strong track record managing multi‑site operations and cross‑functional teams.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Understanding of procurement, production, HR, and financial control processes.
* Experience implementing process standardisation and digital tools to drive efficiency.
* Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
