Bookings Administrator – Cheltenham Hospital
Administrative role, permanent full‑time (37.5 hrs/week), £25,038 per annum.
We are looking for a Bookings Administrator in Cheltenham Hospital to administer a large volume of email requests from referrals to appointments, ensuring service deliverables are met whilst exceeding customer expectations.
Preferably you hold an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent and have experience in a customer‑facing environment.
Responsibilities
* Bring empathy, sympathy, and sensitivity to the role.
* Ensure complex administration and support meets required standards and timescales.
* Maintain accuracy of all data/information using the appropriate system and format.
* Prepare standard and adhoc reports as required by the department.
* Handle appointment bookings and changes.
* Coordinate availability of rooms and consultants.
* Create, alter or cancel clinics to support business needs.
