Youll handle a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and tax/estate planning.</p><h3>The Role</h3><ul><li>Manage a broad range of private client matters</li><li>Advise on Wills, LPAs, Trusts and estate administration</li><li>Provide technical support and training to colleagues</li><li>Supervise junior staff</li><li>Play an active role in business development activities</li></ul><h3>Candidate Requirements</h3><ul><li>Solicitor (3+ PQE) or FCILEx with relevant practice rights</li><li>Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, Trusts and estate/Trust administration</li><li>Solid tax knowledge (IHT, CGT, Income Tax)</li><li>STEP qualification or willingness to study
