Description General Admin duties including data entry, filing, archiving, photocopying. Handling department queries (as directed). Appointment making, diary management. To carry out administrative duties dictated by the team and to capture key information where required and relay to the appropriate team member. Responsibilities To work as part of a team and assist colleagues where necessary. To accurately input data. Receive and make telephone calls both in relation to appointment making. Provide a full administrative support service to the team. Managing incoming and outgoing post processes. To receive new claims and input information onto the appropriate systems. Be responsible for ensuring service level compliance. Maintain awareness of Business Continuity programme and role within it Able to demonstrate knowledge and/or awareness of FCA procedures and the TCF initiative Actively seek to develop oneself and take responsibility for your own training and development.
