Job Description
A successful international executive recruitment business operating across a range of established and emerging sectors, we are presently looking to appoint a dynamic and ambitious individual to assist in the delivery of our operational, internal communications, external marketing and employer branding strategies.
This is a brand-new position within Verrus that has come about because of continued headcount growth and ongoing penetration of new vertical and geographical global markets. It’s an opportunity with limitless potential in terms of career advancement as we continue to grow, but will initially involve:
1. Managing the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, TikTok) to meet employer branding and customer (client/candidate) marketing objectives, conveying a strong and consistent online identity.
2. Working with consultants and management on digital and physical content creation for both employer branding and client/candidate marketing: Videos, posts, blogs, graphics, questionnaires, polls, flyers, images, thought leadership, business development collateral, explainers, infographics etc.
3. Projecting the company’s experience and expertise across both website and social channels: Sector specialisms, client testimonials, candidaterecommendations, reviews, contentsharin...
