Area
* Area - Scotland (you must be reasonably close to the central belt)
Responsibilities
* Working for a leading brand you will sell high quality flooring related products into flooring distributors such as Carpet & Flooring and Headlam Group, Likewise. You will be responsible for driving demand with flooring contractors.
* As Area Sales Manager, you will also win and manage accounts with national and independent builders merchants, bring to the market high quality tiles.
* The successful Area Sales Manager will inherit a high performing area with strong pre-existing relationships in place.
* You will collaborate with a dynamic team and benefit from on-going training and support.
* This role is approx. 50 / 50 split account management / new business.

The candidate
* We are looking for a FIELD SALES professional that is dynamic, likeable, hungry to succeed and who wants to be a part of a winning team.
* Whilst construction sales experience is advantageous, our client is more interested in attitude, likeability and drive.
* It is preferable that you are social media savvy.
* We are looking for a proactive hunter that can engage!
Package
* circa £45,000 DOE
* OTE and Bonus £10,000 uncapped
* Private healthcare & DOS
* Hybrid high spec company car
* Company contribution pension 7%
