The role
In many ways, you’ll be the face of Clarks, welcoming people into your store. You’ll build a rapport with customers by asking questions about what they want. Then, you’ll give great advice to reassure and close sales – perhaps suggesting accessories when appropriate. You’ll play an active role in every stage of the end-to-end selling process. With our first-class training, including coaching, observations, and product knowledge, you’ll have what it takes to meet targets and performance standards. You will also help keep the store neat and tidy and assist in the stockroom.
About you
You are good with people and great in a team, loving to deal with customers. You thrive on being on the shop floor, engaging directly with sales. Your natural instinct for people helps you know when to make suggestions and when to let customers decide.
An interest in fashion and footwear is essential. You should also be comfortable promoting Clarks, championing our products, and taking pride in being part of a respected global brand. Experience in a similar role and flexibility with hours are advantageous.
