Senior HR Business Partner – R&D (Intimate Wellness & Self Care)

Opportunity

This is a strategic HR leadership role supporting the SVP Intimate Wellness & Self Care and their senior leadership team (~800 colleagues). You will define and deliver the people agenda across organisation design, talent strategy, leadership effectiveness and culture, helping to accelerate innovation and capability in a global R&D environment. The role is visible at the heart of the business, offering autonomy, challenge, and the chance to directly influence how a global category innovates, develops, and grows.


What you'll do

* Partner with the SVP and R&D SLT to design and execute an HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Lead organisation design and workforce planning to ensure the right structure, capability and leadership pipeline.
* Shape culture and capability through targeted talent, learning and DEI initiatives.
* Use data and insight to influence decisions, drive engagement and measure impact.
* Collaborate with global HR and Centres of Excellence to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
* Act as site HR lead for Hull, guiding a small team and ensuring alignment with global practices.
* Navigate change with confidence, fostering resilience, inclusivity and performance excellence.


What you'll bring

* Proven HR Business Partner experience at Director or SLT level, ideally within R&D, Category or Innovation functions.
* Demonstrated success in organisation design, workforce planning and strategic talent management.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, able to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a global matrix.
* Experience leading cultural or DEI programmes that create measurable impact.
* Data fluency – comfortable using analytics to craft insight and tell a compelling story.
* Broad HR expertise spanning employee engagement, people analytics and employment law.
* (Nice‑to‑have) FMCG, Consumer Health, MedTech or adjacent sector experience.
