£25.00 - £30.00 per hour Depending on Experience
We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (Band 7) who is available to start immediately and support two key NHS sites.
This is a hybrid role with travel required between Norwich and Cambridge.
Details:
* Start Date: ASAP
* Length: 2 months
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Key Requirements
* CIPD qualified / Postgraduate Diploma in HRM or equivalent to Masters level
* Additional training or equivalent experience at Masters level
* Solid experience in a Business Partner role (or similar)
* Confident line management background
* Strong performance management capability
* Skilled in producing consultation papers and detailed reports

1. Work closely with Community Unit and Service Leads to provide proactive, customer-focused HR support.
2. Act as a trusted subject matter expert across all HR and people management areas, linking with wider Workforce functions.
