Job Summary:
The Assurance Manager supports the management and assurance of Development Consent Order (DCO) requirements and commitments for the construction phase of the programme. Reporting to the Assurance and Requirements Lead, the role focuses on day:to:day coordination, monitoring and evidence management of DCO compliance. This role does not undertake project delivery assurance, which is managed through the PMO.
This position is designated as part:time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in:person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in:person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership" .
Major Responsibilities:

Support arrangements for managing and assuring DCO requirements and commitments
:
Coordinate DCO:related assurance activities, including compliance checks, audits and reviews
:
Maintain accurate, complete and auditable records of DCO requirements and compliance evidence
:
Work with project teams and supply chain to ensure DCO obligations are understood and implemented
:
Monitor compliance risks, issues and non:compliances and escalate through governance processes
:
Prepare assurance reports, dashboards and briefing materials for senior stakeholders

Support engagement with statutory bodies, regulators and independent assurance providers
:
Ensure assurance activities remain aligned to regulatory obligations and do not duplicate PMO assurance

Champion health, safety, environmental standards and inclusive behaviours
