Job Responsibilities
1. Setting and operating CNC Lathes
2. Creating layout sheets to document tooling, setups, and machine parameters to ensure repeatable results, either independently or by others
3. Working independently to meet high standards and deadlines
4. Qualifying and documenting work using various measuring equipment
5. Supporting and training colleagues as needed
6. Maintaining workplace safety using appropriate PPE and ensuring an organized environment
7. Continuously seeking improvements and suggesting time/cost-saving ideas to supervisors
Candidate Requirements
1. Proficiency in Fanuc (ISO) controls
2. Knowledge of OneCNC (desirable)
3. Programming skills (desirable)
4. Manual Handling training
5. Good written and communication skills
6. Reliable, loyal, friendly, and approachable
7. Flexibility to support an evolving business environment
