The post holder will work within the NHS Talking Therapies service and is required to provide a full range of administrative support to the service.
Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support.
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
* Deal with clients in person and via telephone.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Support a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications
* Good experience with MS Office, including Word and Excel.
* Previous experience in administration roles.
* Ability to schedule and manage appointments in a fast-paced setting.
* Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
