Our client in South Preston are looking for a Fleet Service Coordinator to work as part of a team in this busy service department. This is working for a very well established and highly successful national client with depots throughout the UK.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week (Shifts between 7am and 6pm) you must be able to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
Responsibilities/Daily Duties:
* Welcoming customers in person to book in vehicles
* Receiving incoming calls and dealing with booking in vehicles for service or repair
* Uploading jobs on job cards and planning workshop loading
* Keeping customers updated on work completed by the workshop
* Liaising with all internal departments
* Maintaining records on the in house systems
* Producing invoices, arranging payments
* General administration in the service department
Skills & Experience:
*
o Ideally Service or Front of house experience
o Vehicle/Fleet experience would be preferred
o Interest in vehicle maintenance
o Office Administration experience essential of over 12 months
o Organised and attention to detail
o Customer Focused and confident communicator both in person and on the phone
o Able to work in a team environment
o Accurate data inputting skills
