Vehicle Service Advisor required in Salisbury.
1. SALARY: Negotiable basic salary plus monthly bonus providing uncapped-on-target target-earnings up to £38,000+ per annum, after training.
2. HOURS: 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break and Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm on a rota.

Our client, a multi-franchise approved car dealership situated in the Salisbury region, is currently looking to hire a Vehicle Service Advisor to join their Service Department.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be working in a team of other Vehicle Service Advisors, where you will be managing workloads and customer deadlines by allocating tasks and ensuring our clients' customers receive the best experience. As well as this, you will greet customers into the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to chase work in progress, keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle, and up-sell on additional products and services where possible.
Do you need previous Vehicle Service Advisor experience? In short, no!
The successful candidate would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, resulting in total customer satisfaction. Very strong organisational skills, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge/Keyloop preferable) would be of high priority. At least one to two years of current or recent experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor within a franchise-approved automotive dealership would be desirable for our client; however, they have said they're willing to consider candidates outside the motor trade, provided they have a full, clean UK driving license with minimal points and a strong track record in a similar customer service-oriented role.
