Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations at all times.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
* Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
* Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Pay: £12.21-£18.42 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 35 per week
