Ensure completion and delivery of all items listed in the List of Deliverables (LOD).
Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure all contractual requirements are met, raising and managing non-conformance notices as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:

Degree-qualified and ideally in engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and practical application of project management methodologies (APM Body of Knowledge or PRINCE2).
Proven experience delivering projects within technically complex and regulated environments.
Knowledge of engineering design, contract management, and field execution strategies.
Demonstrable experience in procurement and management of complex contracts, with a strong grasp of cost, schedule, and change control principles.
Proficient in Earned Value Management (EVM) and related reporting tools.
Experience managing contractors, consultants, and advisors across large-scale construction projects.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to support collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong organisational and analytical skills, with experience in estimating, programming, scheduling, and risk management tools.
