Description
The Financial Accountant will:
* Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
* Manage the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
* Oversee and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
* Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
* Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective budget management.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
* A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
* Experience in financial reporting and compliance within a similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
