The Role
You will work closely with Solicitors, providing high-quality support across a wide range of private client matters. This varied position will give you exposure to:
* Drafting and assisting with wills
* Probate applications and estate administration
* Advising on and supporting the creation and management of trusts
* Preparing lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)
* General client care and file management
About You
We are looking for a motivated, organised, and detail-focused individual who enjoys working directly with clients. The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal (essential)
* Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration, and LPAs
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
* A commitment to delivering exceptional client service with empathy and professionalism
