Salary:
£35,000 basic | £60,000 OTE We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading new homes developer, for an ambitious and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a respected brand, working across multiple developments in Shrivenham, Didcot and Purton. Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to completion.
Manage the full sales journey, including reservations, progression and aftercare.
Conduct development tours and present show homes to prospective buyers.
Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with purchasers.
Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
Requirements
Previous experience in
new homes sales
is essential.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Flexibility to work weekends and travel between sites.
Full UK driving licence required.
