A rapidly growing OEM of capital equipment is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of its spare parts function and drive commercial performance. The Role of Sales Manager You'll lead a team of 4, owning the sales strategy, pricing, margin optimisation and customer relationships. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic influence, driving spare parts sales across advanced material machinery.
