Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel position will hold the following responsibilities:
* Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
* Review contracts for both sales and procurement agreements
* Draft and review technology agreements, software licences, NDAs etc
* Support with IP related matters
* Uphold legal and compliance best practices
* Providing advice to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure that legal and compliance updates are communicated to the business
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Senior Legal Counsel position should be:
* A qualified legal professional with relevant accreditation to practise in the UK
* Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
* A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks
