With a strong focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and people development, this is a company where ideas are welcomed, growth is encouraged, and no two days look the same.
Think less “traditional corporate” and more “smart, evolving, and people-first.”
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced IT Training Manager to take ownership of how technology training is delivered across the business.
This is a job-share position, meaning you’ll partner closely with another Training Manager to collectively shape strategy, drive standards, and ensure training delivery is consistent, engaging, and impactful across the organisation.
From onboarding new starters to rolling out new systems globally, you’ll sit at the heart of how people adopt and use technology effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the planning and coordination of IT training activity across the business
* Designing and shaping engaging, high-quality training programmes for users at all levels
* Managing the full lifecycle of training initiatives, from concept through to delivery and evaluation
* Supporting global or multi-site rollouts of new systems and technology updates
* Providing leadership, coaching, and direction to trainers and coordinators within the team
* Working closely with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and drive adoption
* Monitoring training effectiveness, using data and feedback to continuously improve programmes
* Overseeing the LMS, ensuring content and materials are up to date
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and external training spend where required
* Playing a key role in change management and continuous improvement initiatives
* Rolling up your sleeves and delivering training sessions when needed
What We’re Looking For
* Solid experience delivering IT training within a professional or corporate environment
* Previous leadership experience, either managing a team or leading training initiatives/projects
* Strong background in creating training content across multiple formats (virtual, in-person, eLearning)
* Comfortable working with remote teams and stakeholders across different locations
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improving how people learn
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
* Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
* Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and user experience
Why This Role?
✨ Real impact – you’ll shape how an entire organisation adopts and uses technology
🌍 Exposure – work across multiple teams, systems, and projects
📈 Growth – be part of a business that invests in people and innovation
If you’re someone who loves blending people, technology, and learning, and wants to make training actually engaging (not just another slide deck!) this could be a great fit.
