Assistant Store Manager – Spalding
Skopes Menswear is a leading menswear retailer, operating for over 75 years across the UK.
The business is expanding and we are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our menswear store situated in Springfield Outlet shopping centre, Unit 49A Camel Gate, Spalding, PE12 6EU.
Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager, manage the store and team, organise staff rotas, oversee sales and customer service, maintain merchandising stock, and operate till and card machine.
Requirements
Managerial experience within a fashion retail environment.
Salary / Benefits
£26,832 per annum plus excellent bonus and commission. Commission is payable on team sales, not an individual target.
