We currently have a unique opportunity for a multi skilled maintenance technician, who enjoys working in a varied and fast-paced environment, to join our maintenance team to lead on all general maintenance within our hotels and conference venues.
This is a diverse and key role coordinating our maintenance team and assisting the operations team in the maintenance of plant and equipment, health and safety, energy and environmental management at our venues. The maintenance lead will maintain records of systems, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory legislation and insurance requirements.
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a maintenance environment with experience of supervising a team. You must have strong communication skills, with the ability to listen to guests and team members and have proactive problem-solving skills to come up with solutions to changing customer needs. A knowledge of Health and Safety legislation would be desirable.
