The role
As a Change Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll lead the development, execution, and oversight of the Change Management Process across the Project, Programme, or Portfolio.
Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with the project team to manage and process changes in alignment with commercial and business needs. You’ll also:
1. Manage change in line with performance
2. Stakeholder communication and prioritisation
3. Support recording of Design Configuration in line with Authority and third party requirements
4. Providing accurate cost reporting
5. Liaising with Project Controls and Configuration management leadership teams
This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.
Essential experience of the Type 31 Change Manager:
6. Project Change management process experience
7. Experience in constructive or manufacturing projects
8. Cost control experience and Earned Value Management (EVM) understanding
Qualifications for the Type 31 Change Manager:
9. HNC or above learning in an Engineering based qualification
10. Association of Project Management qualification
