Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in Concrete Frame, Civils, Infrastructure and Groundworks. Our client has a turnover of over £100+ million per annum with project values varied from £5m - £40m. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of Infrastructure, commercial and residential projects.
About the Role
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m - £20m. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.
About the requirements
* Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
* Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.
* 5+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.

Salary range of £80,000 to £100,000 per annum.
