What you’ll be doing
* Managing a portfolio of High Net Worth and Private Client risks, premiums around £20k
* Acting as a go‑to referral point for colleagues
* Supporting the Team Leader in the day‑to‑day running of the team when they are away
* Mentoring and sharing knowledge with other handlers
* Building strong relationships with clients and insurers
Around 85% of the portfolio is renewals, with financial incentives linked to performance and retention, plus a monthly bonus structure.
